At the "Finished" screen, click "Finish". At the "License Agreement" dialog, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree" to continue with the installation. At the "Intel® HD Graphics Family Ver. At the "Select Country" screen, select the country for this installation, and then click "Next". At the "User Account Control" screen, click "Yes". Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the EP0000551401.exe file to begin the installation. Download the EP0000551401.exe file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference). The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. If you are prompted to restart your computer, do so. Click Finish when the installation is complete. If you are asked for permission to allow it to run, choose Install. Click the Download button for the Catalyst Software Suite. Go to the AMD Legacy hardware driver page. Catalyst Software Suite installation for older AMD graphics See the next section, Catalyst Software Suite installation for older AMD graphics. If "Error 175 - AMD Installer cannot continue due to unsupported AMD graphics hardware" appears when checking for new drivers, your AMD hardware is no longer supported by AMD with new updates. If you are prompted to restart your computer after the installation is complete, do so. 
Follow the prompts to install the new drivers.
The program will check for new drivers. If you are asked for permission to allow it to run, choose Yes. Click the Download Now button below Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver. Go to the AMD graphics driver download page. In the Windows search bar, type Control Panel. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software. Click the arrow next to Display Adapters. You may need to update your graphics drivers to resolve certain issues with SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
